50/50, I try to sleep early,I try to eat healtyh food, to have physical activity .

Is it possible to have a healthy life style in modern world?
I think yes,but it’s very hard .

Why do many people try to have a healthy life style?
Becouse they care about their life and their health.

To lose weight or to become skinny or healthy.

What is healthy food?
The food what have a few calories, or they are organic and made without fertilizer.

I think that healthy food can be tasty, so I like food wich is healthy and tasty.

Do you try to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner at a certain time every day?

No,becouse when I am at school I eat at recess, but when it’s Sunday or Saturday and I’m at home ,I eat when I’m hungry.

Sometimes.

What is better for health?

I think that it’s better to have physical activities.

Do you agree with the saying: «Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy»? Why do people say so?

I think that the meaning of this phrase is ,that the breakfast is imortant eating time,than lunch and dinner.
What is healthy about not eating after 6 p.m?

I think that it can work,but cannot work too same time.

No, because Armenia is natural country, here you can find here real halthy food.

Because everydsy they eat fast food,and thats very unhealthy.

Yes, because at that time I had a allergy, and we don’t know in what. So I doctor define me the diet.

At that diet I don’t eat citrus,something with sugar,or with oil and with dough.
